Q: Where does the Werribee Park Shuttle depart from?
A: We depart from the Victorian Arts Centre at 100 St Kilda Road Melbourne ( Outside Coffee Stand).

Q: Do I need to book my seat on the Werribee Park Shuttle?
A: Yes, you need to book at least 24 hours prior, if booking on line or any time by phone 03 9748 5094.

Q: What information should I have available when making a booking?
A: Your name, how many people travelling, date and time, and how you will be paying and a contact phone number.

Q: What form of payment is acceptable?
A: Cash payments or Credit card (Visa & Mastercard) See Melbourne Smartcard or by booking with Best of Victoria.

Q: Should my booking be reconfirmed, and what time do I need to check-in?
A: Bookings must be reconfirmed 1 hr prior to departure by calling our office on 03 9748 5094. Passengers are required to be at the pick up point at least 10 minutes prior to departure.

Q: What is included for the price?
A: Cost is for shuttle service only (return transport), it does not include entry fees into venues.

Q: Is food and drink allowed on board the coach?
A: No.

Q: How many venues can I visit in a day?
A: It is recommended that you visit any 2 venues during the day. This will allow you to get the most from your day. It is recommended that you allow around 2.5 hours for the Zoo, 2.5 hours for the Mansion and State Rose Garden and a further 1.5 for the RAAF Museum.

Q: Do you offer any discounts?
