General Information:

Q: What size coaches are available to charter?
A: Our fleet ranges from 6 to 25 seats. See our Fleet on this website

Q: What information should I have available when making a booking?
A: Your destination details, how many people travelling, date and time, and payment details as well as a contact phone number.

Q: Is a deposit required to hold my booking?
A: Yes, a Deposit is required on time of confirming your booking. You will be advised of the amount at time of booking, and the deposit is required within seven (7) days.

Q: What form of payment is acceptable?
A: Cash, Cheque or Credit card (Visa & MasterCard).

Q: Are our coaches Air-conditioned?
A: Yes, all our coaches are air-conditioned.

Q: Is food and drink allowed on board?
A: No.

Q: Is smoking, drinking alcohol, or using illegal drugs allowed whilst onboard?
A: No, definitely not.

Q: Should my booking be reconfirmed?
A: Yes, all bookings must be reconfirmed at least 72 hrs prior to your intended departure by calling our office on 03 9748 5094.

Q: If I cancel my booking is my deposit refunded?
A: Yes, your deposit will be refunded less any administration costs occurred, these cost will not total more then $50.00.

Q: Can I hire a Coach for a private group?
A: Yes, coaches with drivers are available for Charter at competitive rates. Phone our office on 03 9748 5094 or email info@squirescoaches.com.au for details.

Q: Can I have more then one pick up and drop off point?
A: Yes, we generally allow up to three pick up and drop off points within the cost of our charter, any more will need to be advised at time of booking and price will be revised.

Q: Do you have luggage room?
A: Yes, we do have room for luggage. A trailer is available for additional luggage.

Q: Are any items prohibited in my luggage?
A: Yes, flammable goods, ammunition, animals, dry ice, fireworks, and any dangerous or illegal goods. Cartage of fruit and vegetables between some States is also prohibited under State Quarantine Laws.

Q: Do you offer airport transfers?
